Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Officer will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for internal positions and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  2. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  4. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide a positive candidate experience.
  5. Develop job descriptions and recruitment materials.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or in a similar role, preferably within the outsourcing industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
