Job Summary
The “Senior Security Engineer” oversees designing, developing, implementing, maintaining and supporting the network architectures and security solutions that align with the company’s objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the pre-sales and sales team when closing deals by understanding the customers’ needs to deliver the appropriate solutions related to enterprise networking, network and information security.
- Deliver online and on-site demonstrations and presentations for clients, related to enterprise networking, network and information security.
- Validate technical solutions in coordination with the Pre-Sales team to be able to understand the proposed solutions and prepare the proposals accordingly.
- Perform project implementations related to enterprise networking, network and information security:
• Project, configure, implement, install and maintain different network devices and security platforms (CISCO, FORTINET, PALO ALTO, ARUBA…).
• Guarantee network security practices are best executed.
• Monitor performance and quality assurance processes, system reliability, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Work in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders in order to ensure clients have devices that are fully operational and secure. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all pre-implemented and post-implemented projects.
