Sales Lead

A leading company in the real estate and hospitality industry is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead to drive unit sales while managing key office operations, including phone, email, and social media communications related to sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and follow-up on client leads and referrals to drive sales.
• Review and enhance sales materials to align with market trends.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, including pricing, promotions, and new developments, to inform sales strategies.
• Conduct property tours for prospective buyers, showcasing the unique features of the units.
• Prepare and review Sales & Purchase Agreements with attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, ensuring they are consistently informed on relevant matters.
• Stay updated on all necessary licenses and certifications to ensure compliance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration (Marketing), or a related field in Hospitality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
