SALES ENGINEER

Position Summary:
A growing Engineering company is in search of high-performing Sales Engineer to help us meet
our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth; coordinating and developing
marketing policies, programs, and campaigns; maximizing our sales team potential, and
achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
 Develop sales & marketing programs across the appropriate marketing mix towards
achieving set targets.
 Perform regular strategy monitoring and corrective measures to provide expertise in the
area of marketing and business development.
 Plan, implement and monitor all sales & marketing, branding and advertising activities
and ensure a prudent and successive alignment of such activities to overall corporate
strategy.
 Ensure the achievement of both individual and organizational sales target, by
successfully managing the sales team.
 Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
 Oversee key client engagements from sales to delivery.
 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients
and understanding their needs.
 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status.

Required Qualification & Experience:
 A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications or related field.
 Significant and successful previous work experience in sales or marketing.
 Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell
services.
 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at
all levels of the organization.
 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
 Prior working experience in an Engineering company is a plus.
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
