Rev. Paa Ekow Quaye

Paa Ekow Quaye is a senior lecturer and former Head of Human Resource Management Department of Central Business School, Central University in Accra. He is teacher and researcher with twenty years’ experience on university faculty, teaching courses in communication related courses, business mangement related courses, theological related courses and research methods, with proven skills in marketing, public relations, editing and pasturing. A lecturer with experience at various institutions, colleges and universities in and out of Ghana, teaching students from various social and cultural backgrounds. Possessing excellent administrative, verbal communication adn written skills along with constructive and effective teaching methods that promote a stimulating learning environment. He has lectured at Azusa Pacific University, USA in the Organisation Leadership orogramme at the Master’s level. Among the the courses taught at both undergraduate and graduate levels are: Strategic Management, Risk Management, Human Relations in the Church, Human Relations at the Workplace, Hermeneutics, Strategic Thinking, Compensation Management, Organisation Theory, Cross-Cultural Management, Organisational Behaviour, Leading Across Cultures, Ethics in a Changing Organizational Environment, Creative and Collaborative Leadership, International Human Resource Management, Creative among others.He is also an ordained pastor, formerly with International Church of the Foursqure Gospel, now with Global Talents Chapel,which he established to help the growing Christian to understand the Word of God. He has supervised project work at both undergraduate and graduate levels of Central University, KNUST and Paris Graduate School of Management. He helped establish Glory Leadership Institute of Assemblies of God Church, Sakumono, Tema. He is also the President of  Building-Up Academy, to enrich students in the Word of God. He has conducted research in the status of Christianity in Cameround for Open Doors ministry and status of communication facilities available for Christian organisations and Churches in Africa for Fellowship of Christian Communication in Africa and Madagascar. He was involved in teh early beginnings of Central University, served as manager of support devellpment and public relations, drawing up the curriculum for the Human resource management and Marketing management programmes. He was the communication manager for Ghana Institute of Linguistics, Literacy and Bible Translation, established the department, researched and wrote the story of the work of the organsation in Ghana. He was also the administrative Head of Central Bible College, which has transformed into Central University. He is a trained counsellor. He is a member of the Society of Professors for Christian Education. He served as the first editor of PATHFINDER, the first Magazine of Central University.
