VACANCY: Remote Customer Service/Admin Representative

Location: Uganda, Zambia & Angola

Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service/Admin Representative to join our remote team. As a remote worker based in Zambia, Uganda or Angola, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, handle administrative tasks, and support company registration in your country.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their needs and expectations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and management.

Qualifications:

  • University graduate or equivalent (e.g., Higher National Diploma)
  • Prior experience in customer service and administration is an added advantage

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Diligent and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Salary:

  • Zambia: ZMW 20,000 monthly
  • Uganda: UGX 200,000 – 250,000 monthly
  • Angola: AOA 60,000
