RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
-Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports.
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
-Manage correspondence, emails, and communications with professionalism.
-Coordinate and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
-Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
REQUIREMENTS:
-A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other productivity tools.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
