Position Overview
The Office Manager ensures the seamless operation of Midunu’s administrative, facility, and guest management functions. This role oversees reservations, communications, procurement, and facilities maintenance while supporting the Founder in achieving Midunu’s business goals. The Office Manager reports to the Founder and works closely with the Kitchen Manager and Quality Assurance Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
● Manage reservations, payments, and guest communications for dining and events.
● Oversee procurement of supplies and inventory management.
● Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial tracking and invoicing.
● Manage calendar of Founder and schedule engagements
● Arrange travel and logistics for Founder
Facilities Management
● Ensure all facilities (kitchen, office, dining spaces) are clean, functional, and well-stocked.
● Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
● Conduct regular inspections to prevent disruptions.
Guest and Event Coordination
● Handle guest inquiries and manage booking systems (e.g., SuperSaaS).
● Plan and coordinate logistics for private dinners and events.
● Provide front-of-house support during events, ensuring excellent guest experiences.
Team Collaboration
● Work closely with the Kitchen Manager and QA Officer to align operations.
● Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
KPIs
● 90% accuracy in managing reservations, payments, and guest communications.
● Zero stockouts or facility-related disruptions.
● Weekly operations reports submitted on time.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
● Minimum 3 years’ experience in office management or administration.
● Proficiency with operational tools (Google Suite, Shopify, SuperSaaS, etc.).
● Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
● Knowledge of facility management and procurement practices.
● Familiarity with financial tracking and petty cash management.

Schedule
