NOBLE OSEI-BONSU

Noble Osei-Bonsu is a self-motivated team player. He holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He has worked with Otabil and Associates Ltd, a corporate training consultancy firm in Accra, Ghana, as an administrator and facilitator. He was a lecturer at Jayee University College, Accra, from 2007 to 2008. He has also facilitated a number of stress management programmes for church groups and Christian fellowships. Currently, he is a senior lecturer at the Department of Human Resource Management, Central University. Mr. Osei-Bonsu was acting Head of the HRM Department in Central University from 2013 to 2015. He teaches Industrial Psychology, Introduction to Psychology, and Human Behaviour in Organization. He has also co-supervised a number of MBA dissertations at the School of Graduate Studies and Research, Central University. His research interest is in organizational change, organizational justice, and career development.
