Brief Profile: An innovative and knowledgeable professional having 5 years experience as a lecturer and a strong advocate for active learning, which provides students the opportunity to take ownership of their learning. My goal is to provide students with an interactive, social learning environment that encourages group discussions, teamwork, independent study, and creative learning. Extensive participation on committees and extra-curricular activities. Holds an MPhil in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Ghana, 2013.
Research Interest: My main research focus is studying the Work-Family interface, particularly among women. I explored the influence of Social Support and Resilience on Work Family Conflict among Ghanaian Women both in the formal and informal sectors for my MPhil thesis. For my PhD, I intend to explore the construct of Work Family Conflict among women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).
