MS. SHARON AMA BLANKSON-ABADA

Sharon Ama Blankson-Abada is a Lecturer in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Law of Evidence and Ghana Legal System and Legal Methods at the Faculty of Law of Central University. She holds BA (Geography and Philosophy); LLB) and LLM (Alternative Dispute Resolution) from the University of Ghana. She was admitted as a Barrister at Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana in 2012. She is a private legal practitioner with Amissah, Amissah & Co. which is a boutique law firm located in Labone. Her research interests are the application of Alternative Dispute Resolution in the resolution of Medical Disputes with specific reference to Medical Negligence Claims; the legal, ethical and social implications of the use of artificial intelligence in both the study and practice of law, and the use of Online Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in resolving disputes.
