MRS SUSANNA AFUTU

She obtained a Masters in Laws Degree from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom in 2015. She earned her Qualifying Law Certificate from the Ghana Law School in 2010 and her Bachelor’s in Laws Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2008.

Since she joined the Law Faculty in 2016, she has taught Contract Law, Company Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Ghana Legal Systems, Constitutional Law and Tort. 

Research interests: include Constitutional Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution

Susanna has had the opportunity to be a panellist on a roundtable discussion on Ghana’s 1992 Constitution organised by the National Commission for Civic Education for Civil Society Organisations on the theme “Three Decades of Ghana’s Constitutional Rule, Revisiting the Agenda for Reform”.

She has also facilitated a Three-day training on Alternative Dispute Resolution for the Right to Information Commission
