Mr Michael Akomeah Ofori Ntow
Michael Akomeah Ofori Ntow is a lecturer at the Human Resource Management Department, Central Business School, Central University College. Prior to joining Central Business School, he worked on Ghana Migrant Health Project, a coordinated Programme between University of Ghana School of Public Health and University of Pennsylvania, USA. He started his career as a research assistant at Central University College and University of Ghana Business School. He holds Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from University of Ghana and Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Human resource management from Central University College. Mr. Ntow is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Economists, Ghana. He taught at the University of Professional Studies, Accra as a adjust faculty and has vast experience in human resource management and research methodology. He lectures Human Behaviour in Organisation, Fundamentals of Human Resource Management, International HRM, Industrial Relations, Human Relations and supervises undergraduate dissertations/ projects. He is an academic advisor, Patron for Central University Human Resource Students Association and Central University Students’ Parliament and serves on various committees.
