Research Interests
Research Area 1:
Public Law and International Law: My research focuses on constitutional governance, human rights, and state accountability within domestic and international legal systems. I examine judicial review, regulatory oversight, and the role of courts in mediating conflicts involving development, environmental protection, and community rights.
Research Area 2:
Natural Resources, Environmental, Landfill, and Extractive Industries Law: I study the legal frameworks governing natural resources, with particular emphasis on landfill regulation, waste management, environmental protection, and minerals and mining law. My work analyses licensing regimes, environmental impact assessment, compliance and enforcement, and community participation in resource governance.

Environmental governance and public health; landfill and waste management regulation; minerals and mining law and policy; community rights and benefit sharing; state accountability and transparency in natural resource management; sustainable development and law reform.
