Job Summary:
The Learning & Development Officer will develop, coordinate, and implement training programs for employees and clients, ensuring skill enhancement and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training programs and materials.
- Conduct engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Assess training needs and design effective solutions.
- Create and update training content and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate and improve training program effectiveness.
- Organize and coordinate training logistics and sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and MS Office Suite.
