Job Summary:
The Learning & Development Officer will develop, coordinate, and implement training programs for employees and clients, ensuring skill enhancement and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive training programs and materials.
  2. Conduct engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  3. Assess training needs and design effective solutions.
  4. Create and update training content and e-learning modules.
  5. Evaluate and improve training program effectiveness.
  6. Organize and coordinate training logistics and sessions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Training Officer or in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of training methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in e-learning platforms and MS Office Suite.
