LAW STUDENT PAUL MENSAH AMANOR NAMED AMONG TOP 50 FINALISTS OF GLOBAL AWARD

We are excited to announce that our final year Bachelor of Law student Paul Mensah Amanor has been named as a Top 50 finalist of the #cheggdotorg #GlobalStudentPrize 2023!

Paul’s leadership and active involvement on campus have been nothing short of remarkable. As the General Secretary of the Law Students Union, he demonstrates strong organizational skills and a passion for student representation.

More so, Paul’s commitment to academic excellence and collaborative learning is evident through his role as Convener of the #BoaWoyonko Learning Program. This peer-to-peer supplementary learning initiative (tutorials) fosters knowledge sharing among law students at all levels, creating a supportive environment for growth.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Paul’s vibrant presence on #CentralLive, the online campus radio, has allowed him to engage in meaningful discussions on various topical issues alongside fellow students. His ability to articulate ideas has been further honed as a principal speaker for the Faculty of Law’s Debate Team and as a contestant at the 2021 #GhanaLawChallenge.

Paul’s dedication to making a positive impact extends well beyond campus borders. While in school, he runs the non-profit organization @feedghanaorg, which operates two impactful initiatives: #LibrariesWithoutWalls, a literacy program, and #AspireInitiative, a youth empowerment project. The enthusiasm and support he receives from his fellow students, who regularly volunteer with these organizations, speaks volumes about his influence.

Paul’s advocacy for educational opportunities doesn’t stop there; he also serves as an ambassador for Greatness In You, where he actively mediates scholarship opportunities for students, including his classmates. This demonstrates his commitment to empowering others and promoting equitable access to education.
