Projects and Grants

Multidisciplinary Data Science and Analytics Programme for Staff and Students of Central University: Funded by the CODESRIA African Academic Diaspora Programme (6 months) – Co-coordinator and Co-facilitator. This initiative, delivered in collaboration with the University of Calgary, Canada, built institutional capacity in data science across disciplines. It culminated in a university-wide conference showcasing applied research and innovation and provided students with hands-on experience in data-driven problem-solving.

Outreach and Engagement

  • Leads international collaborations, partnerships, exchange programmes, international internships, summer schools, and conferences, creating global learning opportunities for students and staff.
  • Examiner and Representative, The British Computer Society of the United Kingdom (BCS‑UK).
  • Actively involved in organising workshops, training programmes, and consultancy services in the areas of data science, eLearning, and educational technology, often designed to upskill students and early‑career professionals.
