CHANNEL SUPERVISOR

  1. Plan and implement customer presentations, and communicate channel activities.
  2. Create plans for growing market share.

  4. Monitor stock level of Major Dealers and Sub Dealers and Key Accounts to ensure constant stock available on key models
  5. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly report about activities.

MARKETING SUPERVISOR BTL

  1. Collection and preparation of nationwide Billboards, shop heads applications and submission of fixing reports.
  2. Collection and preparation of nationwide SAV’S/STICKER applications measurements and submitting fixing reports.
  3. Training & monitoring of marketing executives on in-shop branding and applying for changes where necessary.
  4. Gathering of competitive market intelligence and advising Management on the way forward.
  5. Liaising with government agencies for activation promotion permits, signage permit etc.
  6. Distribution of Brand materials to regions (Tape, billboard, stickers, Gift box, experience tables etc.)
  7. Liaise with marketing executives to enhance dealer relationship and market share.
  8. Monitor uploads of daily plan & timely market reports by all marketing staff.
  9. Reviewing all marketing applications, reports and submitting for approval.
  10. Taking territorial shop heads and fixing supervision.
  11. Checking on conditions of in-shop branding and making changes where necessary.
  12. 3 years and above experience

RETAIL /SALES SUPERVISOR

  1. Break down of targets to sales promoters and reps and guiding or assisting the team to meet the set targets and exceed goals.
  2. Improve sales by tracking, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and metrics to identify shortfalls and making a good plan to improve sales market share of the brand.
  3. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  4. Organize and coordinate sales promotions in assigned areas, to help retail shops and also to increase brand visibility.
  5. Work with sales reps to build new customer base (both retail and distribution) to maximize sales
  6. Market visitation to access the performance of team members on the field and correct mistakes to meet company standards.
  7. Implement strategies to sell products.
  8. Feedback competitor activities in the market example pricing, promotions, strategies etc. to management on time in order to build a good strategy to overcome that of the competitor.

  1. Taking territorial shop heads and fixing supervision.

  4. Repairs of anti-theft and display tables/experience tables.
  5. Monitoring and feedback on competitive activities.
  6. Helping territorial activation promotion.
  7. Branding (Tape, sav, billboard,stickers etc)
  8. Liaise with sales executives to enhance dealer relationship and market share.
  9. Distribution of gift materials, fixing, light box, etc
  10. 2 years’ experience

KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

  1. Maintain relationships with key accounts; Telefonika, Franco, Compu Ghana, Melcom etc
  2. Develop new business with key accounts
  3. Identify and resolve issues with key accounts
  4. Prepare reports on key accounts activity
  5. Provide input on strategic decisions regarding key accounts
  6. 3 years and above experience

DIGITAL MARKETER/CONTENT CREATOR

  1. Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain brand visibility
  2. Develop social media marketing campaigns to increase traffic and page engagements
  3. Interact with customers via direct message and comment section
  4. Monitor social media ads and create content for searching engine optimization
