His teaching areas include pharmaceutical microbiology, immunology, clinical immunology, chemotherapeutics, molecular biology and biotechnology, and public health pharmacy. His specialty lies in antimicrobial resistance, antimicrobial stewardship, and infectious diseases.
Pharmacist Apenteng has expertise in curriculum development and has published widely in reputable academic journals. He has presented at numerous conferences and has participated in seminars and workshops as a lead expert. Beyond his professional life, he is a devoted family man and a committed church worker.
