🔹 Position: HR Manager
🔹 Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Chief Operations Officer
🔹 Location: East Legon, Accra.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (SPHR/CHIRM certification is a plus!)
10+ years of proven HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role

A people-focused, results-driven leader with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
✔️
Expertise in HR systems, databases, labor laws, and best practices
✔️
A strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and listening skills
YOUR ROLE & IMPACT:
🔹 Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
🔹 Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
🔹 Bridge management and employees by addressing grievances and fostering a positive work culture
🔹 Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance
🔹 Maintain pay structures, benefits programs, and compliance with labour laws
🔹 Assess and implement training and development programs
🔹 Provide management with HR metrics and data-driven insights
