A pres-gious hotel in Takoradi is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and
elevate its food and beverage opera-ons.
Responsibili%es:

  • Ensure that guests have an excep-onal dining experience by maintaining high
    standards of service, food quality, and presenta-on. Handle guest concerns and
    feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to create innova-ve and seasonal menus
    that meet guest preferences while aligning with the hotel’s brand.
  • Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and stock rota-on to minimize
    waste, control costs, and ensure stock levels meet demand.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and
    implement cost control measures to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regula-ons are met and maintained in
    accordance with industry standards and local laws.
  • Coordinate food and beverage services for special events, conferences, and large
    group bookings, ensuring -mely and high-quality service.
  • Work closely with the marke-ng team to develop promo-onal strategies that drive
    business, increase sales, and aMract new customers
    Qualifica%on
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related
    field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Food and Beverage Manager in a high-standard
    hospitality environment.
  • Excep-onal leadership, organiza-onal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
  • A proac-ve and innova-ve approach to problem-solving and guest sa-sfac-on.
