Location: Accra, East Legon
Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Executive to manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse.
ii. Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock records.
iii. Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient product distribution.
iv. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
v. Monitor and improve warehouse processes for efficiency.
Qualifications:
i. HND or Degree in Logistics Management.
ii. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management.
iii. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
iv. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Net Salary: GHS 3500

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive
Location: Accra, East Legon
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive to manage our financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Process and manage accounts payable and receivable.
ii. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
iii. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
iv. Reconcile invoices, payments, and statements.
v. Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
Qualifications:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
ii. Part 2 Professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, or ICAG is an added advantage.
iii. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
iv. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
v. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Net Salary: GHS 3500
