Dr. Margaret Amenuke-Edusei is a health and social work educator who is passionate about impacting knowledge to individuals on ensuring the wellbeing of all people particularly, the vulnerable in society. As head of the Social Sciences Department, Dr. Amenuke-Edusei engages, supervises and facilitates teaching, research and community service activities in and outside the university.
Dr. Amenuke-Edusei holds a Ph.D. in Social Work and a Master of Public Health, both from Jackson State University in the United States of America. Dr. Amenuke-Edusei has 8 years of teaching experience in both health and social sciences in universities within the USA and Ghana.
Research Interest
Her research area of interest focuses on women’s breast cancer and screening and access to reproductive healthcare among persons with disability.
