Adina Addy is a lecturer at Central University and teaches Sociology. She holds a PhD in Migration Studies and MPhil in Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon. Her PhD research was on ’The Migration experience of highly skilled Ghanaians who migrated to Canada under the Federal Skilled Worker Program’.
She is a passionate instructor, researcher, pastor and administrator with over 20 years of diverse experience. Over the years, she has taught people with different backgrounds in the professional, religious and educational setting. She is a people’s person, flexible and believes in diversity. She is also passionate about teaching and mentoring.
Research Interest: Her ongoing research focuses on Women, Workplace and the Family. Her Research interests are Migration related issues especially the migration experiences and settlement, migration and health, women, work roles and issues.
