The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is a terminal professional doctorate designed for experienced professionals and senior executives seeking to strengthen strategic leadership, governance expertise, and digital transformation capabilities. The programme is practice-oriented and research-driven, enabling candidates to address complex, real-world organisational challenges with academic depth and strategic insight.
The DBA is structured around three specializations:
- Strategic Leadership & Organisational Transformation;
- Financial and Corporate Governance; and
- Digital Business & Marketing Innovation.

Entry Requirements
Applicants for the DBA programme would be admitted subject to the requirement that the applicant holds a postgraduate master’s degree from an accredited institution in Ghana or overseas, showing evidence of above-average academic achievement. This includes:
- MA; MSc; MBA, MPhil and equivalent qualifications (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management Studies, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Leadership and Governance, etc.)
