We’re seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Customer Service Sales Assistant to join a high end fashion brand based in Kempinski Hotel. As the face of our brand, you’ll provide exceptional customer service while driving sales and promoting our stunning collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our brand, products, and promotions
- Work collaboratively with our small team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Process transactions, manage stock, and maintain a tidy store environment
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in shop floor sales, preferably in a luxury fashion environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Immediate start available
