Role Summary
The COO will lead day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and implement strategies to achieve the company’s vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals Oversee telemedicine, e-commerce, and training programs Ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance Lead and mentor department heads to drive excellence Manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability
Qualifications
Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Business, Healthcare, or related field 8–10 years of leadership experience (healthcare experience is a plus) Strong strategic, financial, and operational management skills Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
