
Central University has been officially designated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana (N&MC) as an approved centre for the conduct of the April 2026 Online Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) Licensing Examination for nursing students.
This milestone follows a formal communication from the Council dated April 1, 2026, addressed to the Dean of the School of Nursing and Midwifery, confirming the University’s selection as one of the accredited centres nationwide for the administration of the national licensing examinations.

According to the official schedule, Central University will host candidates for the Registered General Nursing (RGN) examinations from April 20 to 22, 2026. A total of 105 candidates are expected to sit for the examinations at the University’s designated MCQs centre.

The certification affirms Central University’s growing reputation as a credible and trusted institution with the requisite infrastructure, technological capacity, and administrative expertise to support high-stakes, national-level professional examinations. It also reflects the confidence reposed in the University by the Nursing and Midwifery Council in ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of online assessments.
