CENTRAL BUSINESS SCHOOL

Central Business School

Central Business School (CBS) was established in 1997 as an education initiative of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC). It was initially known as the School of Business Management and Administration (SBMA).

Its name was later changed to Central Business School to better reflect its focus, bring it in line with international trends and signal the merger of its graduate and undergraduate programmes. Over the past 18 years, CBS has pioneered flexible modes of teaching through its weekend and evening programmes, expanded its faculty to include many top-ranked terminal degree holders and has become the largest private business school in Ghana.

Its innovative programmes are built upon local expertise with global perspectives. This construct helps to groom middle-level managers and senior executives for the much needed business, administrative and entrepreneurial leadership in Africa.
