CAMP MANAGER
Location: Onsite (Asanko Mine Camp)

Position Overview:
The Camp Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our mining camp operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage multiple service lines while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality in a challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate all camp operations including accommodation, food service, housekeeping, and recreational facilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
Implement and monitor quality assurance systems to maintain service standards and drive continuous improvement
Manage camp budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation while maintaining service excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly and proactively
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant regulatory standards
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and equipment
Prepare comprehensive operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 3 years in remote site or industrial catering operations
Proven track record in leading multiple service departments simultaneously
Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff
Experience with camp management software and reporting systems
Knowledge of mining industry operational requirements preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in challenging environments with limited resources
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Location: Onsite (Asanko project)

Position Overview:
The Food & Beverage Manager will lead our culinary and dining operations across mining camp facilities, ensuring exceptional quality, variety, and presentation of food offerings while managing costs and driving operational efficiency. This position requires a passionate culinary professional who understands the unique challenges of large-scale food production in remote locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, preparation, and service of meals for large resident populations (300-1000+ people daily)
Develop diverse, nutritionally balanced menu cycles that accommodate various dietary requirements and cultural preferences
Lead and develop kitchen and dining staff, implementing training programs to enhance culinary skills and service standards
Implement and monitor food safety and quality control systems in compliance with HACCP principles and international standards
Manage F&B budgets, control food costs, and implement waste reduction initiatives
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering and delivery of ingredients and supplies
Conduct regular food quality audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Respond to resident feedback and adapt offerings to meet evolving preferences
Oversee special events, VIP catering, and custom food service requirements
Qualifications:
Degree or advanced certification in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in F&B management, with at least 3 years in industrial catering or large-scale food production
Strong knowledge of international cuisines and ability to cater to diverse cultural preferences
Certified in food safety management (HACCP, or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience in menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse kitchen teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to challenging supply chain environments
Experience with catering management software and digital inventory systems
Knowledge of nutritional planning for industrial workforces preferred
SAFETY MANAGER
Location: On Sites in Ghana (Asanko Project)

Position Overview:
The Safety Manager will develop and implement comprehensive safety programs across our catering and hospitality operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can cultivate a proactive safety culture in a high-volume food service and accommodation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety management systems specific to food service and hospitality operations
Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections across all operational areas
Lead safety training programs for all staff levels, ensuring understanding of food safety, fire safety, and general workplace safety protocols
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, client safety requirements, and international hospitality standards
Develop and maintain safety documentation, including standard operating procedures, emergency response plans, and safety manuals
Collaborate with operational managers to integrate safety considerations into daily workflows
Monitor and report on key safety performance indicators
Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and client safety representatives
Lead emergency response planning and drills specific to remote camp environments
Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Food Science, or related field
Professional certification in workplace safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
Minimum 4 years of experience in safety management, preferably in hospitality, food service, or mining sectors
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and general workplace safety regulations
Experience developing and delivering effective safety training programs
Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and implement preventive measures
Strong communication skills and ability to influence behavioral change across diverse teams
Experience with safety management software and digital documentation systems
Knowledge of Ghana labor laws and safety regulations preferred
