BACHELOR OF SCIENC IN LANDSCAPE DESIGN

  1. The Bachelor of Science in Design programme is an inspiring, rigorous and practical curriculum that offers students the unique opportunity to use creativity and imagination to design and make products that solve real and relevant problems within a variety of contexts. Currently, few tertiary institutions in the country run a comprehensive academic curriculum in Landscape Design. The B.Sc. Landscape Design students will undertake the same courses in the foundation level with other students in the B.Sc. Interior Design, Graphic Design and Fashion Design programmes. The foundation of the programme introduces students to the multi-disciplinary fundamentals of design across different facets of design, such as techniques in form-making and conceptual visualisation. The design elements progressively increase in depth and complexity over the next three years with the introduction of the landscape specialisation area interwoven with research, skills and visualisation to enhance the academics with profession-specific requirements.Central University is committed to the highest standard of learning and teaching experience, educating students to become professional providers of services and products in the landscape design environment.
