Application and Disbursement Process
1. Application: Student completes a standard CUcare application form (online or paper). 2. Verification: CUcare Team reviews documentation and confirms need. 3. Recommendation: Recommendation is made to Scholarship Committee. 4. Approval: Scholarship Committee approves and authorizes disbursement by Finance Office within 5 working days. 5. Disbursement: Payments made directly to students’ fees accounts or service providers. 6. Follow-Up: Counselling support and academic reintegration follow-up.
