- DOCUMENTS NEEDED – You will need the following documents:
- Passport picture (size of picture should not be more than 2MB)
- Your Educational Certificates, Result slips and/ or Transcript
- FORM 1 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
- Complete all details on the form.
- Upload your passport photo – Ensure the file meets the required size limit (maximum 2MB; see the form instructions for details). Once uploaded, your photo will appear when you click SAVE AND CONTINUE, which will take you to FORM 2. You may return to FORM 1 at any time to view the photo or proceed with completing the form.
- FORM 2 – EXAMINATIONS PAGE
- Examination Results: Provide full details of your examination results. Note: NON-WAEC results apply to Diploma and other Professional Qualifications.
- Educational Background: Enter complete information about your educational history.
- Work Experience: Provide details of your work experience, if any. Important: You must attach your CV on Page 3.
- Contact Person: Fill in the details of your designated contact person.
- Miscellaneous Information: Complete the miscellaneous section. Tip: You can drag a box to view all your entries by clicking the three lines at the bottom of the box.
- Programme Selection (Critical Step) Select your programme preferences in the following order:
- Entry Mode
- Campus
- Session
- Programme of Study
- FORM 3 – UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
- Please upload all relevant documents that support your application, including:
- Certificates
- Result slips
- Transcripts
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Passport page (for foreign applicants)

Important: Each file must not exceed 500KB. Files larger than 500KB cannot be uploaded.
- FORM 4 – SUBMIT APPLICATION
- Submit your application only after completing all required entries across the forms.
- Important Notes:
- You do not need to finish the form in one sitting. You may log back in with your PIN and Progress ID at any time to continue.
- Once you submit the form, you will not be able to make changes or apply online again.
- After submission, you can only view or print the completed form (use the PREVIEW button at the bottom of the page to print).
- Applicants must carefully read and follow all instructions to ensure the form is completed accurately.
- All sections of the form must be fully completed before submission.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PURCHASE A VOUCHER USING MOBILE MONEY OR VISA.
Steps:
- Go to the institution’s website and select APPLY ONLINE.
- On the APPLY ONLINE login page, click the icon at the bottom (choose either MOBILE NUMBER or VISA).
- On the next page, enter your Name, Email, and Mobile Number.
- Finally, select your preferred payment channel (VISA or Mobile Money) to proceed.
VISA PAYMENT OPTION:
- If the applicant selects VISA, the system will send a verification code to their phone.
- Enter the verification code in the Validation Code field.
- Once the correct code is entered, the VISA payment form will appear, prompting the applicant to provide their Credit/Debit Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV2.
- If the account has sufficient funds and the details are valid, the payment will be processed. A Serial Number and/or PIN will then be sent to the applicant via SMS and email.
MOBILE MONEY (MM) PAYMENT OPTION:
The applicant must be a registered Mobile Money (MM) subscriber and have sufficient funds in their wallet. Payments will not go through if the applicant is not registered.
- A bill prompt/notification is sent to the applicant’s phone.
- The applicant enters their PIN (the code used when registering for MM).
- Once the correct PIN is entered, the payment is deducted.
- After successful payment, a Serial Number and/or PIN is sent to the applicant via SMS and email.
