ALUMN FOCUS-Ms. Elizabeth Ewudiwa

In 2018 Ms. Elizabeth Ewudiwa of the Central Business School graduated with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.0 having scored grade A in every subject she studied during her four-year bachelor’s degree in human resource management (HRM). As the Valedictorian for the 2018 Graduating Class she also won the Chancellor’s Award (Overall Best Student); Overall Best Female Student; and Best HRM Student.   

Today, Elizabeth Ewudiwa is a certified Global Human Resource Professional and Practitioner, a Global Markets and Economy delegate at the Harvard University’s Project for Asian and International Relations, a Writer, and a Public Speaker.

As a Social Entrepreneur and Writer, she is the Director of Communications at Global Young Leaders & Career Development (GLYCD), a Pan-African NGO; member of the Ghana Association of Writers (GAW); a Sexual & Gender-based Violence (SGBV) instructor; & Diplomatic Fellow of the Federation of International Gender and Human Rights (FIGHR), a division under UN Women, New York.

Elizabeth is a recipient of the Most Outstanding Delegate award for GGMUN Thailand (SDG4), representing Ghana in the Quality Education Forum in discussion with delegates from over 60 countries across Asia, Europe, and America. Among others, Elizabeth has had the privilege of being the youth representative panelist at the Road to Rio-De-Janeiro Sustainable development conference 2012 and Personal development speaker at the 3rd edition of the youth seminar by Standing Tall Initiatives.

Ms. Ewudiwa is the author of “The woman in me”, an anthology of the African woman’s life from conception to adulthood. Her other writings include “HR as Marketers” published by the Business & Financial Times; and “Building a profitable training culture (HR-Edu Foresight): A Q&A with 2 experts”, published in Ghana & Bangladesh.
