Francis Ntow Ohene is an accomplished sales professional, renowned for his expertise in Sales Operations, Marketing, and Business Performance Management within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently, Francis is the Head of Sales Operations & CRM at Dannex Ayrton Starwin PLC.
Notably, Mr. Ohene is a distinguished alumnus of Central University, having earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from CU (Class of 2011; 2015). His passion for sales was birthed during his student days when he voted to become the campus sales representative for the Business & Financial Times.
After school, his journey in the corporate world began with Diageo in January 2014, where he initially joined as a sales executive. Through his unwavering commitment and determination, he steadily climbed the corporate ladder to become a Sales Operations Manager before making a significant career move to Dannex Ayrton Starwin PLC. His professional journey also includes valuable experience gained during his time at SIC Insurance, VRA Schools and VRA Hospital in Akosombo.
When he is not immersed in the world of sales, you can often find him delving into data analysis, indulging in his passion for football, or generously sharing his expertise and mentoring others.
With his impressive background, it is an honor for Mr. Ohene to lead the maiden edition of the Senior Executives Mentoring Program for Students (SemPros) this November for a conversation on the topic “Building the Right Networking Skills for Career Success”.
