A leading wood manufacturing company in Asikuma, Eastern Region, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage its financial operations. This is a full-time, on-site position, and the successful candidate must be willing to live on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Maintain accurate financial records and oversee daily transactions
✔ Manage payroll processing, tax compliance, and statutory payments
✔ Handle budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
✔ Oversee inventory and cost control to minimize wastage and losses
✔ Ensure banking, cash flow management, and reconciliations are up to date
✔ Implement internal financial controls and support risk management
✔ Work closely with operations and procurement teams
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA)
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in manufacturing or wood processing)
✅ Proficiency in Accounting software & MS Excel
✅ Strong understanding of Ghanaian tax laws and financial regulations
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
✅ Willingness to live on-site at the company premises
