In a demonstration of continued commitment to faith-based education and community development, Rev. Christopher Yaw Annor and his wife, Rev. Felicia Annor, presented hospital equipment on Sunday, 15th February 2026, to support the furnishing of the Central University Hospital at the Miosto campus.

The items presented included hospital beds, wheelchairs, and walkers, all of which will contribute significantly to preparing the facility for operational use. The donation forms part of ongoing efforts to equip the Hospital to serve both as a clinical training centre for students and as a healthcare provider for surrounding communities.

The University Management, led by the Vice-Chancellor, Kwasi Dartey-Baah, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Stephen Abenney-Mickson, as well as the Registrar, Mrs. Lily Martina Yeboah Nutakor were present to receive the donation.

Expressing appreciation on behalf of the Council and Management of the University, the Vice-Chancellor commended Rev. Annor and his wife for their steadfast support over the years.

“Your continued support to the University is deeply appreciated. As an institution founded on Christian values, we remain grateful for the strong relationship we share with the Church and for your personal commitment to advancing our mission.”

The Vice-Chancellor further noted that such acts of generosity strengthen the University’s capacity to deliver quality medical education and healthcare services, while deepening the partnership between the Church and the University.

The donation marks another milestone in the collaborative journey between Central University and its church partners, reflecting shared values of excellence, service, and practical Christianity.
