Responsibilities/Duties

  • Technical Equipment project implementation.
  • OSP project implementation
  • Project management from start to finish
  • Preparation of report in strict accordance to client requirements
  • Use a work order system to evaluate and prioritize issues
  • Assist in telecommunication network restoration during emergencies
  • Technical Survey & Engineering Analysis for West Africa Market
  • Travelling to West Africa countries when needed
  • Maintain industry knowledge of new technologies and regulatory changes
  • Document all procedure
  • Lead, Plan, and coordinate the project team activities
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and their implementation
  • Follow codes, legal regulations, and standards to maintain a safe work environment
  • Stay up to date on technical knowledge through continued education, workshops, and journals
  • Ensure timely project delivery within the client’s SLA
  • Local Team onboarding
  • Attend project meetings with the client
  • Ensure business continuity with the project owners
  • Attend project review meetings
  • Tracking of the EHS and Quality of projects under your account
  • Project Cost Management within the budget
  • Timely communication with all stakeholders on project matters
  • Create and implement effective project plans
  • Develop contingency plans for emergencies
  • Monitor and report progress of projects.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Deliver every other task as assigned to you by the company management
    Requirement
  • Minimum of degree in any discipline.
  • Technical understanding of all project deliverables.
  • Excellent report preparation using any of the tools
  • Use of Excel and other MS Office packages.
  • Use of ISDP platform for the clock in/out, EHS, and QC submission.
  • Understanding of Environmental Health & safety rules and procedures
  • Project Management Certification
