Job Description: We are looking for a diligent and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily office tasks, support administrative functions, and help ensure our office operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, and memos.
  • Coordinate office activities and events by monitoring.
  • Support other staff members with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office assistant or similar role would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Assist in the coordination of office events and activities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
