Job Description: We are looking for a diligent and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily office tasks, support administrative functions, and help ensure our office operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Coordinate office activities and events by monitoring.
- Support other staff members with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or similar role would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and activities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
