Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will report, plan, organize and create new systems to improve the day to day financial and administrative operations of the factory towards aggressive growth and impact targets
Key Duties and Responsibilities
● Disburse funds requested by staff
● Report expenses
● Record data and keep records up to date
● Organize all stakeholder meetings and take minutes
● General administrative duties – filing, email correspondence, etc.
● Procurements of general administrative supplies and needs
● Procurement of operational supplies and needs – Inputs, machinery parts, etc.
● Event organization and booking of travel arrangements.
● Inventory and supplier contact management.
● Coordinate repairs of farm machinery and vehicles.
● Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems
● Assist the Production Manager in drawing up the operations budget
● Coordinate training and certifications
● Produce audio-visual content (Pictures, videos, and soundbites) for use on various platforms, such as social media, the company website, and other marketing materials.
● Perform other duties appropriate to this role, as may be required by the Company from time to time
Education/Training/Certifications/Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
● A minimum of one year working experience

● Proficiency in the use of Google Suite( Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet and Google Forms) is a prerequisite for this position.
