Position: Senior Sales Representative
Reports to: Head of Sales
We are a Pharmaceutical Company based in Accra Ghana, providing high-quality products to the Pharma sector. Our excellence in distribution is a commitment to meeting our customer needs while driving business growth. We are seeking the services of Senior Sales Representatives to promote the company’s products, grow our customer base and establish our presence & reputation in all assigned territories
Key Responsibilities:
• Showcasing a commercial mindset by delivering on growth expectations in line with sales targets
• Providing Marketing insight on market dynamics and competition
• Delivering monthly, Quarterly and Annual Territory Sales targets
• Analyzing and tracking sales versus budgets
• Developing positive relationship with customers and team mates
Qualifications
• Be a holder of a degree or HND in Marketing or related discipline
• Have a proven track record of Sales in Pharma or FMCG Industry
• Should be IT Inclined
• have the ability to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Should be performance driven
