Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Accra Office or Ho Office (1 position per location)
Salary: GHS2,500 + commission
Start Date: February 1, 2025
About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Executives to join our client’s team in
Accra and Ho. The selected candidates will focus on driving sales of investment products
such as mutual funds and other financial services.
Key Responsibili&es:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and engage prospective clients to grow the client base.
- Promote and sell investment products, including mutual funds.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing tailored financial
solu1ons. - Deliver presenta1ons and proposals to poten1al clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs effec1vely.
Qualifica&ons and Requirements: - A bachelor’s degree in business, marke1ng, or a related field.
- 3+ proven years of experience in investment product sales.
- Strong nego1a1on, communica1on, and rela1onship management skills.
- A solid understanding of mutual funds and other investment products.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
