An IT firm is seeking a passionate and results-driven HR Generalist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven 2-3 years experience in HR functions, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
