    At Jubail Specialist Hospital, we are looking for a dedicated Cash Officer to join our finance team. This pivotal
    role is integral to achieving our mission of delivering high-quality care while maintaining financial integrity and
    transparency.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and ensure daily cash handover to the Finance Office.
  • Record cash transactions in the accounting system and reconcile daily balances with records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports for the Finance Director.
  • Assist patients with payment inquiries and billing issues, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies and assist with audits.
  • Work closely with finance and administrative staff to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Participate in financial planning and handle aspects of hospital statistics.
    SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High level of integrity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: HND / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least one (2) years post-national service experience in a similar field.
  • Skills:
    o Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
    o Strong numerical and analytical skills.
