Key Responsibilities
🔹 Assist customers with inquiries and purchases
🔹 Maintain and organize shop displays
🔹 Handle stock management and inventory updates
🔹 Support online order processing and delivery coordination
🔹 Ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
✔️ Minimum of SHS Certificate
✔️ Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
