Job Summary
As an MCA, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their healthcare needs, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of healthcare products, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their healthcare needs and provide advice on products
- Manage sales transactions, handle customer payments, and operate the point-of-sale system
- Maintain the overall appearance of the shop, including stocking shelves and facing merchandise
- Process and manage inventory, including receiving and storing stock
- Collaborate with the shop manager to achieve sales targets and implement marketing initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints and concerns
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an MCA or in a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system and managing inventory
