Job Title: Operations Assistant
Location: North Legon, Accra – Whitehall Advisors
Position Overview:
Whitehall Advisors seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support
our team in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
As an Operations Assistant, you will provide vital support across various operational
tasks, contributing to the smooth and effective running of Whitehall Advisors.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and quantitative skills, a
commitment to accuracy, and an interest in the financial services sector.
A valid driver’s license is required, as occasional travel between locations may be
necessary.
Candidates must reside in or around North Legon, Accra, for proximity to the office and
ease of commuting.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Administrative Support: Assist in daily administrative duties, including
document preparation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
II. Client Services: Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and
coordinating with advisors to ensure high-quality service.
III. Data Management: Accurately enter and update client and operational data in
the company’s CRM and tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and
confidentiality.
IV. Operations Coordination: Assist in the development, documentation, and
implementation of operational procedures to streamline workflow and improve
efficiencies.
V. Reporting: Prepare and compile periodic reports, including sales, financial, and
operational performance metrics, for management review. Strong quantitative
skills are essential for analysing data and generating insights.
VI. Compliance Support: Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence
to regulatory standards and company policies.
VII. Inventory and Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supplies,
handling ordering and inventory to maintain seamless office operations.
VIII. Transportation Support: Assist in errands and inter-office travel as needed, requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable driving skills.
IX. Other Duties as Assigned: Assist in special projects and perform additional tasks as needed to support overall business operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, ideally within financial services or a professional environment.
Skills:
•Strong organizational, time management, and quantitative skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Valid driver’s license and ability to drive when necessary.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
•Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Location Requirement: Must live in or around North Legon, Accra.
Salary Range: GH₵2,000 – GH₵ 2,500
