POSITION OVERVIEW:

The HR Officer will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administration. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding:

  •   Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  •   Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.Employee Relations:
  •   Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  •   Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive working environment.
  •   Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management.
  •   Compliance and Policy Management:
  •   Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  •   Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  •   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and legal requirements.Performance Management:
  •   Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance management practices.
  •   Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and employee development programs.HR Administration:
  •   Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, contracts, and attendance.
  •   Process HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, promotions, and terminations.
  •   Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.

Training and Development:

  •   Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for employees.
  •   Support the development and delivery of employee development programs.Employee Benefits and Compensation:
  •   Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  •   Assist in the management of compensation and salary reviews. Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
  7. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

  •   Professional HR certification (e.g.,CIHRM) is a plus.
