Vfs Global is seeking for an HR Intern/Trainee.
Purpose of Role: To assist with all HR functions.
Role Responsibility
a. Support with various initiatives and HR projects like surveys, Lifecycle, Pulse, Best Employer Surveys etc.
b. Assist in implementation of all digital HR initiatives
c. Assist in drafting and consolidating global employee engagement initiatives for internal newsletter.
d. Liase with vendor to conduct employee background check of new hires.
e. Judicious use of natural resources.
f. Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
Qualification & Experience
Education: first degree in Human Resource Management
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a Human Resource. Must have already completed national service.
Knowledge & Skills
a. Knowledge and understanding of HR processes
b. Excellent People assessment skills
c. Strong presentation skills
d. Highly developed communication and influencing skills
e. Proficiency in MS Office
