Brief Biographical Introduction :
A Nurse by profession with a unique blend of varied experiences of more than 15 years cumulative in the fields of Teaching, Health Research, Administration, Management among others in both the university setting ,predominantly the University of Ghana and outside of the setting. These diverse experiences are reflected by having educational background in Nursing, Psychology, Health Services Planning & Management, NGO Management and many other trainings received .
Holds a BSc. Degree in Nursing & Psychology from University of Ghana( 1997), an MSc. Degree in Health Services Planning & Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology(2002) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Non-Governmental Organisation(NGO) Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.(2003).
Currently a PHD candidate in the School of Continuing & Distance Education of the College of Education, University of Ghana, focusing on Nursing Education , Administration & Management.
Research Interests:
Include;
- Nursing Education & Administration- Collaboration between Academia and Industry(Clinical Practice field ) in Students training in the Clinical Learning Environment,
- Women’s Health- The Dynamics & Impact of health determinants such as Physical Health – both communicable and non communicable diseases ; Psychological /Mental Health , Social , Economical ,excetera, on the health of women .
